Why should the module power supply test aging?

Most of the common faults in module power supplies are generated in the early and middle stages, and manufacturers can't properly manipulate the mid to late stages, so only the early stages of manipulation. Before handing the goods to the customer, the problem is erased before delivery.
The key methods of the embrittlement of the module power supply are the constant warm temperate load embrittlement and the high temperature plugging high and low temperature test. The common one is high temperature embrittlement. According to the high-temperature embrittlement, the defects or quality of the commodity components can be exposed, thereby improving the reliability and credibility of the product.
The high-temperature embrittlement of the module power supply refers to the high-temperature application of the simulated environment, and the high and low temperature test time is usually specified as 12-48 hours. There are two kinds of high temperature embrittlement steps, which are set in a high temperature natural environment and plugged in and embrittled.
